“Professionalism with a personal touch” is Tracy’s motto.  Her 20+ years in the customer service industry has honed her ability to listen to her clients’ needs. Understanding that solid client relationships are built on trust, expertise and performance, Tracy always goes the extra mile for her clients. 
A Jefferson County native, Tracy resides in Charles Town with her husband and step-daughter. Her giving spirit extends beyond her family and clients to the community, where she volunteers extensively as a 4-H Leader.

 

Stephanie Shipe, Operations Manager

Providing remarkable customer service is Stephanie's number one priority.  She uses her knowledge of the real estate and customer service industry to ensure that clients receive the highest level of personal service and become clients for life. 

Native of the Eastern Panhandle of WV, Stephanie resides in Inwood with her husband, two beagles and Scottish terrier.
